Bid For Power is total conversion for Quake III Arena, which incorporated a anime-style battle system. BFP takes you into a world where your character is able to fly and shoot engery beams at your opponents. BFP is currently at version 1.2, and has been since 2002. This is now the only version which I advise you download. There have been earlier versions known as the Release Candidates, these included Dragonball Z models in them. But were never intended to be released. The newer BFP 1.2 fixes many of the problems encountered in the RCs, and dispite now not including Dragonball Z models, you can still add plugin models from this site to recreate the Dragonball Z theme that was orginally planned by the developers.

Quake III Arena

Version 1.32

Bid For Power requires the Quake III Arena shoot-em-up in order to run. This is because Bid For Power uses the Quake Engine. Quake III Arena is not available for download, however I can link you to Amazon.co.uk where you can purchases it. Once you have Quake III Arena, you're almost ready. You just need one more thing, and thats the 1.32 Point Release Patch, available here.
